About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team at PRABH HOMES PROFESSIONAL REAL ESTATE CORPORATION. As a Bookkeeping Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounting Standards Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and tax laws.
  • Journal Entry Preparation: Prepare and post journal entries, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts, including bank statements, credit card statements, and accounts payable.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position, working 30 to 40 hours per week. The language of work is English.
