Job Description

EBC Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of a specific short-term project. The Project Manager will work in collaboration with senior management to define the project scope, create a detailed work plan, and allocate resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, resource allocation, and budgeting.
  • Maintain open communication with stakeholders, including senior management, team members, and clients.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues.
  • Provide regular project updates and progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in project engineering or a related field.
  • Proficient in project management software, including MS Project and AutoCAD.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
