Job Description

EBC Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of a specific short-term project. The successful candidate will have a strong background in engineering and project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate project activities, including resource allocation and scheduling.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, including cash flow projections and variance analysis.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet the required level of quality and are completed on time.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, project team members, and external partners.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in project engineering or a related field.
  • Proficient in project management software, including MS Project and AutoCAD.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information.
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills, with the ability to maintain excellent relationships with clients.
