Key Responsibilities
  • Education and Training: Ensure that you have the necessary education and training to provide care and support to our residents.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a care-related field is an asset, but not required.
  • Certifications and Licenses: Possess the required certifications and licenses, such as CPR, Certificate of Conduct, and First Aid.
  • Target Audience: Our residents include individuals with Alzheimer's disease, adults, elderly, females, and those with physical disabilities.
  • Security and Safety: Ensure that you undergo a criminal record check and provide references as required.
  • Transportation and Travel: Be able to provide your own transportation to and from work.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Be able to perform tasks that require bending, crouching, kneeling, and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Personal Suitability: Possess qualities such as punctuality, dependability, initiative, reliability, and teamwork.
  • Screening Questions: Be available for shift or on-call work, available for the advertised start date, and meet the required certifications and experience.
