Job Title: Senior Environmental Project Manager


Earn a competitive salary of approximately 80,000 - 120,000 PLN per year, depending on experience.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Senior Environmental Project Manager to join our team in Ottawa. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, communicating effectively via phone or in-person to ensure all requirements are met.
  • Field customer inquiries and questions regarding environmental testing services.
  • Receive feedback from clients and arrange suitable responses to their needs.
  • Communicate any sample deficiencies or chain of custody data issues to customers.
  • Collaborate with clients to clarify project requirements, if necessary.
  • Prepare bottle orders for customer service and arrange transportation, if required.
  • Work closely with department supervisors to track client data and ensure timely delivery.
  • Notify customers of any anticipated delays prior to the due date.
  • Follow up on DQR requests from customers.
  • Occasionally prepare quotations with guidance from Sales Executives.
  • Assist with administrative tasks.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Hold a university degree or college diploma in a relevant field.
  • Demonstrate good understanding of IT and PC applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Aquis software.
  • LIMS and transfer program experience is considered an asset.
  • Be a self-starter, ambitious, and energetic individual.
  • Lab experience is considered an asset.
  • Environmental testing experience is considered an asset.
  • Regulatory experience is also considered an asset.
