About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team at Con Site Construction Limited. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finishes on our road and bridge construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fill hollows and remove spots on freshly poured cement to achieve a smooth finish.
  • Operate power vibrators to compact concrete and ensure it meets the required specifications.
  • Level top surface concrete according to grade and depth specifications.
  • Impart desired finishes to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools.
  • Install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other fixtures as required.
  • Apply hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces and ensure durability.
  • Waterproof, damp proof, and restore surfaces to prevent damage.
  • Repair, resurface, and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures.
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in concrete finishing.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work at heights.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
