Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team at Gill Concrete Pumping Ltd. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finish on our concrete surfaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Check formwork, granular base, and steel reinforcement materials to ensure they meet our quality standards.
  • Filling hollows and removing spots on freshly poured cement to achieve a smooth finish.
  • Operating power vibrators to compact concrete and level the top surface according to grade and depth specifications.
  • Imparting the desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools.
  • Installing anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other fixtures to ensure a secure and durable finish.
  • Applying hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces and prevent damage.
  • Waterproofing, damp proofing, and restoring surfaces to their original condition.
  • Repairing, resurfacing, and replacing worn or damaged sections of concrete structures.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Handling heavy loads and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bending, crouching, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
