About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director to lead our Investment Fund Product Development team. As a key member of our Wealth Solutions group, you will be responsible for planning and executing the development of investment fund products that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Development: Lead the development of investment fund products from ideation to execution, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.
  • Market Insights: Develop and maintain market insights on investor needs, domestic and global trends, and competitor activity to inform product development decisions.
  • Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to analyze and evaluate the viability and profit potential of new product ideas and initiatives.
  • Project Management: Lead implementation projects on a cross-functional basis, taking project management lead whenever dedicated PM resources are not available.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with and guide strategic and tactical financial decision making of senior leadership, including the AVP, Product Development, Wealth Solutions.
Requirements
  • Experience: 10+ years of combined Investment Fund Product Development, Institutional Investment, and Wealth Solutions experience.
  • Education: University degree, preferably MBA or Master of Finance, or equivalent.
  • Skills: Strong coaching and people management skills, investment fund product development expertise, and proficiency with MS Office suite.
  • Assets: CFA, CIM, CAIA, and experience with industry-related applications such as Morningstar Direct/AWS, Salesforce, and Bloomberg.
