Job Description

McKesson's Corporate is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operational Excellence Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading multiple cross-functional project teams in parallel, driving operational excellence and national projects forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project teams in parallel, ensuring successful project delivery and stakeholder management.
  • Develop and present project charters to initiate projects and obtain executive buy-in.
  • Establish project teams and governance structures, creating and updating consolidated master project plans.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to identify discrepancies and ensure justification is duly documented and approved.
  • Provide mentorship to other team members regarding project management principles and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of distribution processes and network.
  • Experience in project portfolio management (multi-project environment) in a matrix organization.
  • Dynamic person with a good sense of organization, excellent time management skills, and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, with French considered a strong asset.
  • Strong computer and telecommunication skills, including an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Database Management.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, commerce, business administration, or related field.
  • Project Management Professional certification or Six Sigma certification is preferred.
