Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operational Excellence Director to lead our National Projects team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving multiple cross-functional project teams through various operational excellence projects, including system solution transitions, construction and infrastructure, data analytics, and business transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project teams through operational excellence projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop and implement project management tools and standards to improve project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project charters, work plans, and status reports.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, commerce, business administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on operational excellence.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong understanding of distribution processes and network.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Experience in supply chain management.
  • Knowledge of corporate structure and organizational reporting.
