Retail Store Team Lead

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Team Lead to join our Esso Circle-K team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they are meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately tracked and that merchandise is properly stored and displayed.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that customers leave the store satisfied.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights to inform business decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
As a Retail Store Team Lead, you will work in a fast-paced retail environment, interacting with customers, sales workers, and other team members. You will be required to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and work under pressure to meet sales targets and resolve customer issues.
