L3Harris Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Program Finance Analyst to join our team. As a key business partner to Program Managers and functional teams, you will be responsible for the financial control of large programs.

The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to establish and maintain the program's financial plan, perform analyses, and prepare reports to ensure contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and cost control guidelines.

You will coordinate program-level preparation and maintenance of financial forecasts, including orders, sales, operating income, and cash for the Monthly Forecast Review (MFR).

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Development and review of time-phased budgets following contract award
  • Tracking, monitoring, and analyzing cost performance on programs
  • Ongoing reporting of Program(s) cost and schedule variances in accordance with company policy
  • ETC/EAC preparation and review, analysis, and monitoring
  • Maintenance and reporting of timely performance data to division management team as well as customer
  • Prepare milestone schedule/invoices and analyze program cash forecast
  • Generating monthly earned value metrics for assigned program(s)
  • Providing financial analysis for audits and other financial activities
  • Ad Hoc/Other duties as assigned by leadership

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting;
  • 3-5 years of experience in an accounting/finance role
  • Strong Knowledge in Microsoft Office Software;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Highly organized and ability to manage multiple priorities;
  • Knowledge of SAP an asset;
  • Detailed oriented with strong accounting and finance skills
  • Focused on teamwork and collaboration;
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written French & English proficiency.

Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory):

  • Must be eligible for registration with the Controlled Goods Program;
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a government of Canada Reliability status and Secret Level 2/NATO SECRET security clearance.
  • Must be eligible to meet the requirements for U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) .
