Key Responsibilities- Deliver Business Results
- Develop and execute collaborative customer business plans that deliver revenue and profitability targets.
- Identify customer-specific strategic initiative opportunities, leveraging analytics and financial acumen to operationalize both internally and externally.
- Achieve listing and distribution targets for all General Mills new products.
- Plan and Execute
- Work closely with internal and external partners to understand and educate on customer strategies, priorities, tactics, and policies.
- Align analytics, customer strategy, and trade strategies to build an annual merchandising plan for their customers/categories.
- Build annual joint business plans with the customer and multi-year outlook focused against hitting sales and customer profit metrics.
- Understand portfolio and brand strategies, how they impact the customer and ultimately the consumer. Provide input/feedback on current/future trade strategies.
- Manage from Sell-In to Execution
- Lead event execution from initial opportunity through to final event (participating items, consumer/customer offer, merchandising, flyer, POS execution, display confirmation, retail feedback).
- Complete requirements for assigned account(s) i.e., deal sheets, promotional executions, customer presentation decks, and associated trade clearing.
- Advocate for their customer to achieve best-in-class execution of 4 P's.
- Establish and communicate retail sales team objectives and priorities.
- Demonstrate Unquestionable Integrity
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Build trust at all levels.
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business.
- 3+ years Key Account Management experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods.
- Ability to operate independently and with a strong sense of initiative, resilience, and perseverance.
- Proven leadership skills and a desire to influence and deliver timely results.
- Valid Driver's License.
