Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of staff, including apprentices, stagiaires, and design team members, to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Task Assignment: Assign sales workers to duties and responsibilities, ensuring that tasks are completed to the highest standard.
- Staff Development: Hire, train, and develop staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge, and to support the growth and development of the company.
- Financial Management: Authorize payments by cheque and manage the company's financial transactions.
- Inventory Management: Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to ensure that stock is maintained at optimal levels.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues, and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff members to support their development and growth.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English language proficiency.
