We are seeking a skilled mechanic to join our team at The Grounds Guys of Oakville. As a mechanic, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing our landscaping equipment to ensure our team can continue to provide top-notch service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance on landscaping equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, chainsaws, and blowers.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues with equipment.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure all equipment is in safe and working condition.
- Assist with other maintenance tasks as needed.
- Light welding and fabrication.
- Machine operating.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a mechanic, preferably with small engine repair.
- Knowledge of landscaping equipment and tools.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
