Requirements:
- Proven experience in a cleaning role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Ability to work in a dirty environment and handle physical tasks.
- Flexibility to work other shifts as needed.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow instruction and work independently.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
