Administrative Services Manager

At Canus Occupational Testing Services Ltd., we are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met. The role also involves carrying out administrative activities of the establishment, coordinating and planning for office services, assembling data, and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence. Additionally, the candidate will oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures and perform data entry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of MS Office and excellent organizational skills. The work term is permanent, and the work language is English. The hours of work are 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

* Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
* Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
* Carry out administrative activities of the establishment
* Coordinate and plan for office services
* Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
* Perform data entry
* Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures

Requirements:

* MS Office skills
* Excellent organizational skills
* Permanent work term
* English work language
* 40 hours per week
