Job Title: Office Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at SekCheck Fingerprinting Services Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff and establish work priorities to meet deadlines.
  • Carry out administrative activities, including budget preparation and inventory management.
  • Assemble data and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Train staff and oversee office administrative procedures.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
