**About the Role**

As a Surety Account Manager at Navacord, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to a portfolio of construction surety accounts. This involves servicing and managing the surety requirements for assigned clients and developing deep market relationships.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of surety underwriting or brokerage experience and a RIBO license. A strong communicator with excellent analytical skills, the ideal candidate will be able to influence others in a cooperative manner and work well in a group environment.

**Responsibilities**

  • Provide elite level customer service to an assigned portfolio of accounts
  • Financial analysis and pre-underwriting administration of surety portfolio
  • Preparation of underwriting market submissions in accordance with company standards
  • Provide innovative solutions to customer requirements
  • Proactively manage the surety facility requirements of the assigned portfolio
  • Collaborate with other team members, in both the surety and insurance departments, in a professional and solution-oriented fashion
  • Professionally represent the company at industry events, associations, and with our surety company partners
  • Meet with clients in underwriting and prospecting meetings as required by the role
