Reliability and Equipment Specialist

As a key member of our team at Rangam Infotech Pvt Ltd, you will play a vital role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and capital project departments to provide technical support on equipment reliability matters.
- Drive site-wide efforts to maximize equipment performance through improved maintenance and reliability strategies.
- Contribute to equipment design, selection, construction, commissioning, and qualification activities.
- Provide expert technical assistance to maintenance personnel and other departments as required.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reliability procedures and equipment files.
- Assist in generating, reviewing, and revising maintenance documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Develop and manage critical asset lists, condition-based maintenance plans, and downtime measurement tools.
- Orient and optimize the site's preventive maintenance program using RCM/FMECA methodologies.
- Establish and own the condition monitoring program to enhance predictive maintenance capabilities.
- Participate in developing an effective spare parts strategy to ensure maximum equipment availability.
We offer a competitive compensation package that includes an estimated hourly rate of $53.00-$54.00 based on industry standards and location considerations.

This full-time position involves working 40 hours per week during regular business hours (8-hour shift) from Monday to Friday.
Guelph, ON is preferred for relocation or commuting purposes.
Requirements and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in equipment design, selection, commissioning, and qualification activities
- Proven expertise in site preventive maintenance programs (RCM/FMECA based)
- Experience in the pharma or medical device industry (preferred)
- Review and revision of maintenance documentation skills (preferred)
