Equipment Reliability Coordinator

The Equipment Reliability Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the reliability of our equipment by planning, coordinating, and executing maintenance activities. This individual will work closely with operations, maintenance, and engineering departments to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain optimal inventory plans and assist with inventory management for equipment and critical spare parts using Reliability Centered Maintenance methodologies.
- Train personnel on equipment care, modifications, renovations, installations, additions, and replacements of facilities and equipment.
- Participate in all safety programs to help reduce accidents throughout the plant.
- Audit non-emergency work orders for proper data management, as well as develop inspection procedures for major repaired equipment when returned to the plant.
To be successful in this role, you will need a strong understanding of maintenance concepts and techniques, as well as experience with asset reliability technology and systems. You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
You will also need to have a mastery level knowledge of heavy manufacturing or other related maintenance engineering activities, and be able to demonstrate expertise in asset reliability technology and systems.
In terms of qualifications, we are looking for a candidate with a two-year degree -OR- advanced technical training, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
