About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position working 30 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have excellent oral communication skills, be organized, reliable, and a team player.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of up to 10 decorative specialists
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines
  • Oversee apprenticeship training and ensure that all team members are properly trained
  • Recruit and hire new team members and conduct related staffing actions
  • Estimate costs and materials required for projects
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed on all job sites
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role

Compensation
