We are seeking a skilled Journeyman Chiller Mechanic to join our team. As a global leader in smart, healthy and sustainable buildings, we reimagine the performance of buildings to serve people, places and the planet.

About the Role:

As a High-Performance Chiller Mechanic Specialist, you will be responsible for executing contract maintenance visits, site assessments, and service requests. You will establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and co-workers through effective communication skills.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute contract maintenance visits, inspections, site assessments, and service requests.
  • Recommend necessary upgrades or repairs to prolong equipment life cycle.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and co-workers.
  • Provide quote estimates for labor & material repairs and upgrades as needed.
  • Servicing products and equipment on assigned projects, ensuring customer satisfaction by identifying, analyzing, diagnosing, and repairing equipment and systems at the customer's location.

Requirements:

  • Valid Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Journeyman Mechanic certificate.
  • Valid ODP/ODS Certification.
  • Centrifugal chiller experience.
  • More than 5 years of commercial, industrial, and/or institutional experience with all types of chillers, various compressor technologies, chiller control systems, and speed drives.
  • Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office software and working proficiency with handheld computer.
  • Adherence to company safety program.
