Job Responsibilities

As a dental associate, you will be responsible for examining patients' teeth, periodontium, and surrounding tissues to diagnose conditions such as disease, injury, and decay.

You will develop and implement preventive or corrective treatment plans, provide a wide range of dental services, including direct and indirect restorations, root canals, cosmetic dentistry, prosthodontics, oral surgery, and pedodontics.

You will also track patient progress to detect changes or the progression of dental conditions, prescribe medications as needed, and refer patients to dental specialists for advanced procedures when necessary.

As a team leader, you will supervise dental hygienists, dental assistants, and other support staff, and administer Nitrous Oxide and limited sedatives to ensure patient comfort.
