The Role

We are seeking a skilled bookkeeper to perform recurring accounts reconciliation, reporting, and other bookkeeping tasks. The ideal candidate will take responsibility for multiple bookkeeping clients and prepare remittances for payroll, WSIB, sales tax.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform accounts reconciliation and reporting
  • Prepare remittances for payroll, WSIB, and sales tax
  • Prepare T4, T5, T5018 slips
  • Support the team during peak tax season
  • Organize and maintain files, databases, and documentation
  • Complete client onboarding tasks

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Practical experience in bookkeeping for at least 5 years
  • Experience with Quickbooks Online
  • Knowledge of GAAP
