Job Overview:

As a key member of NPA WorldWide, the General Manager will oversee all functional areas, guiding strategic plans, product development, and P&L management. This role will champion Lean initiatives, manage compliance and quality standards, and engage with customers and dealers.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Business or relevant experience, with 10-15 years in operations, product engineering, finance, and HR in manufacturing. Experience with heavy equipment systems is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth
  • Lead product development and manufacturing teams to deliver high-quality products
  • Manage P&L and ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Engage with customers and dealers to understand their needs and preferences
