Job Title: Graphic Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team at Rayacom Print and Packaging BC Ltd. in Vancouver, BC.

Job Summary:

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visual communications that meet the company's objectives. This includes designing and producing graphics, illustrations, and other visual elements for print and digital media.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and produce graphics, illustrations, and other visual elements for print and digital media
  • Collaborate with clients to determine the nature and content of visual communications
  • Develop and produce realistic or representational sketches and final illustrations
  • Estimate time to complete graphic designs and illustrations
  • Supervise other graphic designers or graphic arts technicians
  • Co-ordinate all aspects of production for print, audio-visual or electronic materials
  • Consult with clients to establish the overall look, graphic elements and content of communications materials
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP diploma in Graphic Design or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in graphic design
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to distinguish between colours
Work Environment:

The Graphic Designer will work in a fast-paced environment with a large workload and tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.
