About the Role

Parsons Oman is seeking an experienced Interface Manager to join our team. As an interface manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth coordination and integration of various systems, contractors, and project stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of complex airport infrastructure projects.

This role requires strong technical knowledge of airport systems, operations, and infrastructure. You will be responsible for managing and overseeing all interfaces between various contractors, subcontractors, systems, and stakeholders involved in the airport project.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all interfaces between various contractors, subcontractors, systems, and stakeholders involved in the airport project.
  • Ensure smooth integration between different engineering disciplines (e.g., civil, electrical, mechanical), contractors, and other external partners.
  • Facilitate the communication and coordination of all project teams to avoid delays, conflicts, and issues during the project lifecycle.
  • Identify, document, and manage critical interfaces between different systems and processes involved in airport infrastructure development.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in interface management, preferably within large-scale infrastructure or airport projects.
  • Proven experience managing multiple interfaces between systems, disciplines, and stakeholders in complex projects.
  • In-depth understanding of interface management processes, tools, and techniques.
  • Strong technical knowledge of airport systems, operations, and infrastructure.
  • Excellent problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple interfaces simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders and ensure coordination across teams.
