Role description:

Arcadis is seeking a Technical Coordinator - Interface and Submissions. This person will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless flow of data and information between various systems and stakeholders. This position is responsible for managing technical interfaces, coordinating submission processes, and providing technical support to ensure data integrity and timely delivery. The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical aptitude, excellent organizational skills, and a keen attention to detail.

This role is a part of our Mobility Global Business Area. We partner with our clients across the globe to design thriving and connected cities and communities that enable opportunity for all and keep the world moving. Climate change, urbanization, and digitization trends are requiring today's mobility projects and systems to address an evolving set of demands from the world's growing population. We design connected, sustainable solutions that integrate existing infrastructure with new technologies and optimize the mobility of people and goods.

Role accountabilities:

1. Interface management including monitoring and maintaining existing technical interfaces, ensuring data accuracy and reliability, troubleshooting and resolving interface-related issues, working closely with IT and other technical teams.
2. Document interface specifications, configurations, and procedures.
3. Participate in the design and implementation of new interfaces, collaborating with developers and business analysts.
4. Perform data mapping and transformation activities to ensure compatibility between systems.
5. Conduct regular interface testing and validation to verify data integrity.
6. Manage and coordinate the submission of technical documents, data, or reports to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring submissions adhere to established guidelines, formats, and deadlines.
7. Develop and maintain submission tracking systems and documentation.
8. Communicate submission requirements and timelines to relevant parties.
9. Prepare and validate submission packages, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
10. Address and resolve submission-related inquiries and issues.
11. Manage and maintain version control of submitted documents.
12. Provide technical support to users regarding interface and submission processes.
13. Develop and maintain user guides and training materials.
14. Assist in the resolution of technical issues related to data transfer and submission tools.
15. Stay up to date with relevant technologies and industry best practices.
16. Participate in system upgrades and implementations, ensuring smooth transitions.
17. Perform data analysis and reporting to identify trends and potential issues.
18. Contribute to the continuous improvement of interface and submission processes.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Minimum of 3 years role specific experience.
- Bachelor's degree or College Diploma in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing technical interfaces and submission processes.
- Strong understanding of data integration concepts and technologies.
- Proficiency in data mapping, transformation, and validation techniques.
- Experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL).
- Familiarity with API and web service technologies.
- Experience with specific industry tools or software relevant to the company's operations (e.g., specific data submission portals, EDI software, etc.) may be required.

The salary range for this position is $66,000 - $99,000. The base salary represents Arcadis' hiring range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualification for the role.
