Job Title: Chief Development Officer / Executive Director Operations

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Development Officer / Executive Director Operations to join our team at TalentSphere Staffing Solutions. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project development and operations, including project delivery, financial management, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead project development and delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  2. Develop and implement financial management strategies, including budgeting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
  3. Build and lead high-performing teams, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation.
  5. Establish and maintain key relationships with stakeholders, including municipal and review agency staff, residents, and community groups.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in senior management/leadership roles in real estate development and operations.
  • 5+ years of experience in managing large mixed-use real estate developments.
  • Direct experience with project financials, including budgets, cash flows, and proformas.
  • Strong knowledge of PMP processes and designation.
  • Ability to identify, manage, and mitigate risk.
  • Financial risk management, project implementation, and strategic planning experience.
  • Cross-functional team leadership and real estate development experience.
