Chief Development Officer / Executive Director Operations

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Development Officer / Executive Director of Operations to join our team at TalentSphere Staffing Solutions. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project development and operations, ensuring the successful delivery of our mixed-use residential projects in Vancouver, BC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project development and delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion
  • Oversee operational components of the business, including financial management and team development
  • Provide executive oversight of all areas of internal operations, including scaling operations within identified markets and contract management
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and innovation
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve strategic goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in senior management/leadership roles in real estate development and operations
  • 5+ years of experience in managing large mixed-use real estate developments
  • Direct experience with project financials, budgets, cash flows, and proformas
  • Strong knowledge of PMP processes and designation
  • Ability to lead, plan, direct, and implement processes
  • Ability to identify, manage, and mitigate risk
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
