Honest Cleaning Ltd is seeking a skilled Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations of our facilities, ensuring that they are clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties efficiently.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to identify areas that require attention and implement corrective measures to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Recommend additional services such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment to ensure our facilities remain in excellent condition.
  • Assist cleaners in performing their duties and establish work schedules to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of 5-10 light duty cleaners, specialized cleaners, and other support staff.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Previous experience in the cleaning industry is essential.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
