Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Store Operations Leader to join our team in Burlington, ON. As a Store Operations Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, from receiving donations to maintaining a welcoming shopping environment.

About the Role
As a Store Operations Leader, your primary responsibility will be to supervise and lead a team of Retail Supervisors and Team Members. You will be responsible for:
- Ensuring seamless store operations, including receiving donations, processing sales, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Motivating and developing your team members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Collaborating with other store leaders to achieve overall business objectives.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in retail management, preferably in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A keen eye for detail and ability to multitask effectively.
Salary
The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
