Store Manager

Marc Jacobs International is seeking a Store Manager to lead its Burlington location. The successful candidate will oversee the daily operation of the store, including team management, merchandise, and sales results.
Key Responsibilities- Business Acumen: Lead the team to achieve individual and team sales targets, implement a culture that leverages all KPIs, and analyze sales figures and KPIs using available data/systems.
- Customer Experience: Deliver excellence, drive the team to fully embrace a clienteling culture, and ensure the development, implementation, and execution of company CRM initiatives.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure store visual standards are met and maintained, support the Visual Team in planning and performing visual environment changes, and review sales frequently to improve visual merchandising.
- People Management: Develop, train, and motivate associates, lead the recruitment process, provide guidance and feedback, and oversee performance processes.
- Operations: Manage day-to-day operations, maintain inventory accuracy and shrink rates, and comply with Loss Prevention audits and cycle counts.
- 8+ years' retail experience
- Minimum 3+ years' experience managing others in a customer service environment
- Proven record of motivating, developing, and coaching team members
- Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze retail KPIs
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
