Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Circle K. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Lead and manage a team of 3-4 retail professionals to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and support, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement.
- Financial Management: Manage store budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to optimize profitability.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
The Store Manager will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
