The Installation Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of our installation services. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, with a focus on scheduling and coordinating installations to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling: Coordinate installation appointments with customers, ensuring optimal routing and efficient use of resources.
  • Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding installation details, providing timely updates and addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Logistics Coordination: Work closely with the installation team to manage daily schedules, ensuring installers are informed about job details and any changes.
  • Order Management: Verify that all materials and custom window coverings are prepared and available for each installation, confirming accuracy of orders and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installation schedules, customer interactions, and any issues encountered, ensuring all documentation is complete and accessible.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the scheduling and installation process, including last-minute changes or customer concerns.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, production, and customer service teams to streamline processes and enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in scheduling, logistics, or a related field, preferably within the home improvement or custom window covering industry.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
