Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and supervise a team of food service staff to ensure excellent customer service and food quality.
- Develop and implement effective training programs to ensure staff are knowledgeable about our menu and services.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Manage inventory and supplies to ensure efficient operations and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and resolve customer complaints.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment where you will be working in a team to provide excellent customer service and food quality. You will be required to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and work in a dynamic environment.
