Restaurant Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Shift Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant of Canada. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and quality food.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and hire food service staff.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, provide customer service, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Operations: Establish methods to meet work schedules, prepare and submit reports, and balance cash and complete balance sheets.
- Supervision: Supervise food service counter attendants and food preparers, kitchen and food service helpers, and staff in various areas of responsibility.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience an asset or equivalent experience.
- Language: English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, standing for extended periods, and walking.
