Restaurant Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant of Canada. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and supervise a team of food service staff, including food service counter attendants and food preparers.
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and company policies.
- Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys and balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Provide customer service and lead by example.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
