About the Role:

This is a hybrid FTE position based in Toronto, ON. We are looking for an experienced professional who can create test strategies, test plans, and execute tests for large-scale modernization projects. Your expertise in Agile methodologies, JIRA, Confluence, and data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and Tableau will be invaluable to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create comprehensive test strategies and test plans for complex payment domain projects
  • Develop and execute tests to ensure high-quality payment domain services
  • Analyze and report test results to stakeholders
  • Design and implement automated testing frameworks
  • Maintain knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in the payment domain

What You'll Need:

  • 7+ years of experience in QA roles for financial services, with a focus on payments
  • Deep understanding of transaction processing, integrations with core banking systems, and SWIFT messages
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, JIRA, Confluence, and data analysis tools like SQL, Excel, and Tableau
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Compensation:

The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This figure includes a base salary, benefits, and other perks that make working at Avanciers an attractive option.
