Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Inventory Coordinator at the Wascana Rehabilitation Centre in Regina. As a key member of our Supply Chain Operations department, you will play a critical role in receiving, distributing, and maintaining inventory within the facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and validate invoices, returns, and credits
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and reports
  • Coordinate with departments to ensure timely delivery of supplies
  • Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce waste
Requirements
  • Grade 12 education
  • 6 months experience in a hospital setting or similar environment
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Competencies
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions

This is a full-time temporary position with a regular schedule of 14 shifts of 8 hours per 3 weeks. A valid driver's license may be required for certain aspects of the job.
