About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Wealth Management Associate to join our team at National Bank. As a key member of our Wealth Management team, you will play a critical role in supporting investment advisors in providing exceptional customer service and helping them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Investment Advisors: Provide administrative support to investment advisors, ensuring they have the necessary resources to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Financial Transactions: Carry out routine operations related to financial transactions, including purchases and sales of securities, transaction adjustments, and deposit, withdrawal, transfer, and currency conversion instructions.
  • Client File Management: Analyze, open, and update client files, produce portfolio management reports, and ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules.
  • Administrative Support: Manage client files, schedule appointments, and prepare client meetings, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with the team.

Requirements
  • Education: A college and/or university diploma in a related field.
  • Experience: Two years of relevant experience in the banking, insurance, and/or financial industry.
  • Certifications: Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and/or Conduct and Practices Handbook Course.
  • Skills: Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and excellent customer service skills.
