About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Wealth Management Associate to join our team at National Bank. As a key member of our financial services team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting our investment advisors in delivering outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide superior customer service to clients, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Financial Transactions: Carry out routine operations related to financial transactions, including purchases and sales of securities, transaction adjustments, and other related tasks.
  • Account Management: Manage client accounts, ensuring accurate and timely processing of deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and currency conversions.
  • File Management: Analyze, open, and update client files, ensuring all necessary information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Reporting: Produce portfolio management reports, providing clients with detailed information about their investments.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to investment advisors, including managing agendas, scheduling appointments, and preparing client meetings.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules, maintaining the highest standards of ethics and integrity.

Requirements
  • Education: Completed college and/or university diploma in a related field, such as finance, business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Two years of relevant experience in the banking, insurance, and/or financial industry.
  • Certifications: Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and/or Conduct and Practices Handbook Course.
  • Skills: Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, excellent customer service skills, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
