As a Food Store Team Lead at Canada Limited, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store. Your key responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring and training staff to ensure excellent customer service
  • Managing inventory and ordering merchandise to meet customer demand
  • Establishing work schedules to ensure efficient store operations
  • Resolving customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely manner
  • Supervising and coordinating the activities of store staff

You will work closely with the store manager to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive store environment. If you have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to lead a team, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1-7 months of experience in a retail environment
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Efficient interpersonal skills
