Cruise Sales Team Lead

Pioneer Cruises is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Authorize the return of merchandise, maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
- Establish work schedules, aligning with business objectives and employee needs.
- Sell merchandise, exceeding sales targets and contributing to company revenue.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, informing data-driven decisions.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills.
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing losses.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or hospitality.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field, preferably in the cruise industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive results.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Pioneer Cruises offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
