Job Description

Candor Industries seeks a highly skilled Research and Development Laboratory Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Design and set up chemical experiments, tests, and analyses to advance research objectives.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to establish programs of sampling and analysis to maintain quality standards.
  • Analyze experimental or analytical results to inform research decisions.
  • Develop and conduct programs of sampling and analysis to support product development and formulation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field.
  • Experience in laboratory settings, preferably in a research and development environment.
  • Familiarity with microscopy, thermal analysis, electroanalytical techniques, particles, surface, and colloid chemistry, and statistics.
Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 per year, paid bi-weekly. Additionally, Candor Industries provides a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off.
