Job Summary:
CSA Group is seeking a student to join our Global Marketing Operations team in Toronto for a preferred term of months. The Digital Marketing Project Coordinator will assist Project Managers with the deployment of digital strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supports in the delivery of all projects and campaigns within the Marketing & Communications team, including digital products and projects, content operations, technology integrations, and marketing analytics.
- Strives to understand the customer & stakeholder journey, from their first exposure to CSA Group's Marketing campaigns and various points of the marketing funnel.
- Collaborates with our vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of design, development and other materials as needed.
- Builds strong collaborative relationships within the Marketing & Communications team and other CSA Group departments as needed.
- Aids in the ongoing development, evolution, implementation and maintenance of digital platforms.
Requirements:
- Completion of second year or higher in an undergraduate certificate program; Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or Project Management.
- Knowledge of process improvement, change management, and project management would be an asset.
- Working knowledge of standards development and business processes is an asset.
- Experience working with volunteers and/or multi-stakeholder groups would be an asset.
Skills:
- Excellent people skills: managing relationships, facilitating, and networking with people at all levels with divergent interests and backgrounds.
- Highly developed oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent project management, organizational and planning skills. Detail and process orientation.
- High degree of self-motivation, initiative, resilience, and adaptability.
- Demonstrated ability to be a team player.
- Advanced technical proficiency (word processing, presentation software, project planning software, spreadsheets, etc.).
