Retail Store Manager

At Alberta Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of sales workers, authorizing payments, ordering merchandise, and maintaining inventory.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and supervise their activities
- Authorize payments by cheque and resolve any issues that may arise
- Order merchandise and maintain inventory levels
- Establish work schedules and prepare reports on sales volumes and personnel matters
The ideal candidate will have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role and possess strong leadership and organizational skills. They will also be able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
