Job Title: Mixology Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Mixology Specialist to join our team at Smoky Lake Inn. As a Mixology Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional beverage service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain the bar area, including glassware and draft beer systems.
  • Advise guests on wine selection and provide recommendations on drink options.
  • Operate the cash register and manage bar stock inventory.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Enforce liquor legislation and regulations.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including mixed drinks, wine, and beer.

Work Environment:

This is a fast-paced environment that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will be working in a physically demanding role that involves standing for extended periods.

Requirements:

  • Client focus and excellent oral communication skills.
  • Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Initiative and reliability.

Working Hours: 32 hours per week
