Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at The Bridge Patisserie & Cafe. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy cafe.
  • Requisition Food and Supplies: Source and procure high-quality food and kitchen supplies to maintain our exceptional standards.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate our food service team to deliver exceptional customer service and quality food.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide comprehensive training and development opportunities to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Estimate and Order Supplies: Accurately estimate ingredient and supply requirements to minimize waste and optimize inventory.
  • Ensure Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.
  • Manage Records and Inventory: Accurately maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
  • Recruit and Hire Staff: Identify, recruit, and hire talented individuals to join our team.
